Symptom
Outlook 2003 not displaying inserted pictures when viewing emails. This happens with some images and not others.
Resolution
Delete the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Security\OutlookSecureTempFolder registry key.
