The description for Event ID ( 8214 ) in Source ( Windows SharePoint Services 3 ) cannot be found. The following information is part of the event: A request was made for a URL, http://server1.domain.local:58000, which has not been configured in Alternate Access Mappings. Resolution

- Launch Central Administration site and go to “Operations”

- Click on “Alternate Access Mappings”

- Click “Edit Public URLS” and select the Web Application that is giving you grieve

- Enter in the FQDN of the URL (e.g. http://server1.domain.local:58000) under the “Intranet” field (make sure you leave the default value). Click Save

- Run an IISreset
